LOHRI

We went to my dad's friend's place today to celebrate lohri- a punjabi festival that signifies the end of  cold weather.There was a bonfire , some folk singers and drummers and lots of bhangra (punjabi dance). Here are the pictures!!
I wore a teal blazer from Stradivarius, a sequined top from Promod and black jeans from Mango.

BY THE POOL

While in Singapore, I had stayed in this metropolitan hotel ( Carlton Hotel) that was located right opposite Singapore Management University. It's location was such that I had 3 gigantic malls within walking distance. As I have visited Singapore twice before, this time I mainly went to see their Christmas decorations, visit Universal Studios and also shop my heart out. There were sales EVERYWHERE!

Opposite my hotel was located ' Raffles Shopping Complex' which is located opposite the historic Raffles Hotel, then beside my hotel there was 'Suntec City' and beside that Marina Mall. I'm sure you can imagine how convenient that was. I bought a few things from H&M, a top and a bracelet from Forever 21 and some shoes from Charles n Keith ..

I also watched this musical called "WICKED" which described the story of how in the "Wizard of Oz" did the Wicked witch of the West actually become, well so wicked. It was amazing and delightfully funny, the performance , songs everything. Almost 2000 people had come to watch it.

LAST NIGHT OF 2011

Singapore during Christmas

Hey guys, hope you enjoyed Christmas. Again , apologies for the late posts, but I had gone to Singapore to celebrate with Christmas with my family and I only returned yesterday night.
Singapore was gorgeous during Christmas. The decorations, lighting , everything was amazing. There were beautiful gigantic Christmas trees outside every mall and the no of malls on that one street were one too many..Here are the pictures

Winter Times

Hey, I apologize for the long intervals between my posts. I just grew tired and I wasn't really coming online! Was stuck in a bit of a phase- you know where all you feel like doing is staying home, inside a blanket , doing nothing but watching T.V and reading.
I recently read Inheritance, the fourth and final installment in the series by Christopher Paolini!
It was a good book. I generally tend to gobble up my novels within a day or two, but this time I was forced to go slower. My dad wanted to see if I could make it last a week. I couldn't. Finished it in 6 days :P
